We will be moving servers in the next day so you may experience a day or two of downtime on the site. Don't worry though, the game will be right back up on the new server.
We have updated the navigation menu to include the "Your Shop" link which now has the appropriate links to get to your shop front, shop log and manage page to update your shop fronts. Don't know how we missed that so long ago, but now it's fixed.
Do not fret! We are still working behind the scenes as we have always been. Getting ready for that "next big thing". You know... We're actually getting ready for another server move here soon but we will keep you posted on that when the time is right, now get back to battling!
We have spent some time today fixing up a few things on the adventure page. Now clicking on the "V" button next to a players name on the adventure page will display the players health details. The drop down list will also show if the player currently participating in PvP. This will be a handy tool in deciding who to attack and when. We have added 10+ new enemies into the adventure pages totaling over 64 enemies in all across Adrilan. We have created an auto updating script for the news that will display the top players for each day in each category (PVP, PVE, etc). You can also get to this report using the new menu link labeled "Top Today". This will show you who is currently in the lead for the day before the auto update takes place at 11:59 each night. Use it to figure out what you need to put into battling to take the first position each day. We will soon be adding benefits to making this top list everyday so it wouldn't hurt to start practicing.
We have finished the final touches of the Battles and the Co-Op fighting on the adventure page. After much work our new system has been completed and is working well. It is now possible to walk around the adventure map and battle computer-controlled monsters to level up and gain small amounts of raadiks. All of the battling is done in real-time, so you do not have to take turns like you do with PVP. Also, any and all players may attack any monster. So, if you have a friend and wish to team up to defeat all the slimy beasties, you may certainly do so. Guild hunting parties... Well, we don't have to tell you what to do. Form up some adventuring parties and get started. You get experience every time you hit a monster or player, but you will only get the Raadiks if you strike the final blow! To use the new battle system, make sure you are on the "Player Actions and Battles" tab in the adventure page. You will see a drop down in the option #3 section that has the names of the PVE enemies on the map. Clicking "R" will refresh that list as well as search for new monsters to battle. Clicking "V" will pop-up detailed information about the enemy, so that you may better choose how to attack it. You will notice that you have lots of stat points to distribute. Right now you may change them any time you wish, so be sure and play around with them and try finding out which suits your character and makes you the most powerful. Keep in mind, that when you are attacked, you have to use the stat that goes with that attack type to defend yourself, so if you load your stats too high in any one category, someone or something with a different configuration could hit you for a lot more. That's it for now, be sure and give us lots of feedback on the new system. Also, if you hate it, which some people might, be sure and use the "Whining" section of the chat boards to voice your gripes. Oh, and we forgot to mention that we changed the front page. We hope that this is not a shocking piece of news, and that you noticed on your own. :) This new artwork was done by a very talented professional artist by the name of Sean Long. He has done some amazing things in the past, and he is excited to be working on art and some possible other things for Battle Magica. The live chat has been opened up so now you can live chat with anyone on the Adventure map at anytime! It will also display which map every player is located on.Update: Now the live chat is also located under the Player Actions and Battles tab inside the Adventure page. So now you can chat while you fight!
Everyone has been given a "Mind Bullets" item in their inventory. This weapon is first of the new Psyonic abilities to use when fighting!
